  1. Go ahead and submit a ticket. I won't be able to login and respond to it via the help desk, but I will receive a notification of your ticket and I will be able to read it and respond to your email. Be sure to use your best email address as this is where your response will be sent. 
  2. If you do not receive a response from me within 24 hours, send an email with "Help Desk Ticket" in the subject line to this address: sonnyk@clearwire.net

Hopefully, the vendor of the script will be able to fix this soon. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  2. Always be as specific as possible. Include all relevant information and make sure it is accurate. The more accurate and complete your inquiry, the faster we can get back to you with an answer or solution.
  3. If you submit a ticket due to a download problem, please be kind enough to check the help desk before starting a PayPal dispute as that is where your solution will be. To date I have had 2 of these which were both resolved within 5 hours of the submission of the ticket, yet both started an unneccessary dispute.

Email has become increasingly unreliable. Since our emails notifying you of your ticket updates may fail to be delivered, it is vital that you log back in to our Help Desk and check the status of your ticket(s) frequently for updates.

Please Bookmark the Help Desk (next page after you click "Continue To Help Desk" below) and write down your ticket number so you can return there for the reply I WILL MAKE!

I will reply to your ticket as quickly as possible, and all tickets are answered in the order they are received. I attempt to answer every ticket within 24 hours but in some situations it may take longer.
